Once an order has shipped, Elysian is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. turnaround time will be discussed during the order process.

Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
